Refund policy

At Signature World, we strive to satisfy each of our customers. However, if you want to return the product for any reason, follow the steps below, and you can easily exchange/return any Signature World product. We want this procedure to be hassle-free and simple for you.

• No Returns & only Exchange will be accepted for items where the service is initiated within 15 days of receiving the product.
  
  
• Products purchased on sale/offer can only be exchanged for a different size or colour.
  
  
• Products purchased during Buy 1 Get 1 Offer are not returnable. Only size exchanges will be accepted.
  
  
• Signature charges no additional fees for the pick-up and delivery of the products exchanged/returned for the first time.
  
  
• Each order is eligible for only one exchange. Review your requirements thoroughly before requesting an exchange.
  
  
• Ensure that the garment is clean and has not been used or damaged in any capacity. Only if our team finds the returned product in perfect condition can we further the return/exchange procedure.
  
  
• Once you submit a return request via email / Call someone from our team will reach out to you within 24 hours
  
  
• Only Replacements will be issued in cases where the product is defective or damaged. For all other returns, a store credit of the same value will be provided, which can be used for future purchases.
  
  
• We will initiate the refund process within 24 hours of products reaching our warehouse (in original condition). It may take up to 7-10 business days for the product to reach our warehouse.
